OUR MISSION
Helping change the lives of those facing homelessness, domestic violence and poverty through the compassion of Christ.
Happy Anniversary, Macon Rescue Mission!

On behalf of ‘everyone’ who has had any sort of connection to the Macon Rescue Mission in the past sixty years, I thank you. Police Sergeant A.E. McGee established something phenomenal in 1952 when he thought there had to be a better place than the streets or jail for the homeless of Macon. The men, women and children of the Mission are forever grateful to all who have served, donated, or volunteered to this ministry. Mark your calendar and reserve May 10, 2012 we are having an open house to celebrate this occasion, more details will follow. We are in the introductory stages of Campaign 60 to celebrate this great occasion, please be prayerful in your consideration of renewing your commitment to the Macon Rescue Mission.
